These terms apply to use of this public website. Client services are governed by a separate written Business Development Services Agreement.

Website content is provided for general information about Coley Growth Partners LLC and its services. It is not a guarantee of specific sales results, revenue, meetings, contracts, or return on investment.

Service engagements

No client engagement is formed merely by visiting this site or sending an inquiry. Scope, pricing, payment authorization, attribution, confidentiality, cancellation, and other service terms are established in the signed client agreement and related checkout or invoice.

Pricing

CGP's standard public pricing is $750 for the first 30 days, $1,500 per month thereafter if the engagement continues, and a $500 success fee per attributable paying customer. A signed agreement may include additional or different written terms for a specific client.

Intellectual property

The CGP name, logos, branding, website design, written materials, and original business materials are owned by Coley Growth Partners LLC or used with permission. They may not be copied or presented as another business's materials without authorization.

Third-party services

This site may link to or use third-party services. Those providers operate under their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
