Coley Growth Partners LLC respects the privacy of business contacts, clients, and website visitors.

Information we may receive

When you contact us or become a client, we may receive information such as your name, business name, job title, business email, phone number, service needs, campaign information, and communications with CGP.

How information is used

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and deliver business-development services, administer client relationships, provide support, maintain campaign records, invoice for services, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Payments

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. CGP does not ask clients to email full payment-card or bank-account credentials. Payment providers handle payment information under their own security and privacy practices.

Website data

This website does not intentionally use advertising trackers or sell visitor information. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process routine technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for security and service delivery.

Sharing

CGP does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the business, or when required by law, contract, security, or legal process.

Data retention and security

We retain business records for as long as reasonably necessary for operations, contractual obligations, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain.
