Refund & Cancellation Policy

This public policy summarizes CGP's standard approach. A signed Business Development Services Agreement controls if its terms differ.

Initial 30-day engagement

The standard initial fee is $750 for the first 30 days. The initial fee becomes non-refundable once Coley Growth Partners begins campaign research, prospect-list development, outreach, or other agreed campaign work.

Ongoing monthly service

After the first 30 days, ongoing service is $1,500 per month if the engagement continues. A client may prevent a future monthly renewal by notifying CGP before the next scheduled billing date. Charges already incurred remain due.

Success fees

The standard success fee is $500 for each attributable CGP-sourced prospect that becomes a paying customer under the attribution terms in the signed agreement. Earned success fees remain payable even if the service engagement later ends.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you believe a charge was made in error or duplicated, contact CGP promptly. We will review the transaction and, when an error is confirmed, issue the appropriate correction or refund to the original payment method when practical.

How to cancel or request a billing review

Email jonathan@coleygrowthpartners.com with your company name and the nature of your request. Do not include full card or bank-account numbers in email.
